The Monolyth House

Whenever it comes to timeless, minimal, low on maintenance designs, exposed materials are a sought-after choice. Akin to this, the charm of this G+2 house comes from the use of all exposed materials – exposed concrete, brick and stone. The central staircase is the focal point of this home’s modest design. The front facade is spacious, open, and features a number of balconies that serve as both places to unwind and a means for the residents to monitor the front door and guarantee their protection. A thoughtful angular element has been added to the otherwise simple form on the front facade which also houses a window.
