Skyroot Residence

Skyroot Residence is a high-rise residential project designed for the Government of Rajasthan. This G+15 structure features a thoughtful mix of 3BHK and 4BHK units, with the ground floor dedicated to recreational and common areas.

Upon arrival, residents and visitors are welcomed by a porous canopy that stretches across the entire ground floor, framing views of greenery and sunlight. The entrance experience is enhanced by water bodies, inviting sit-outs, and a warm, full of natural light experience.

Despite its vertical nature, the residence fosters a strong sense of community. Balconies are staggered and oriented in a way that allows them to provide mutual shading. A strategically sited double heighted green garden in each of the towers ensures that even those living on the uppermost floors have easy access to a green space, reinforcing the project’s focus on livability.
