The Cubix

The plan follows a 9 square grid where the central grid is the core of ventilation. The client had a simple requirement, to create a mix of flats that can be listed on AirBnB.
Clean defined edges with finely chisseled volumes that are highlighted with a playful hint of yellow. This yellow adds the perfect hint of charm and energy to the project. Leveraging the window punctures and balconies to be home to landscape not only creates the most ambient and cosy vibe for the residents using the balcony but, also makes for a very interesting facade element. The ground floor boasts of a secure yet see through facade.
All the balconies have been designed such that people staying at the AirBnB can enjoy a view of the park outside while sipping on their favorite coffee. The design has also been made thoughtfully cost effictive and efficient by placing toilets atop each other in the plan.
